Rush App Reviews

I love Rush, but this is kinda a mistake of an app. If you need to update concert dates, and need to *update the app itself for this,* then youre doing it wrong. Push works for a great many other apps, but this seems lazy. How about a functional iOS-compatible neilpeart.net or somesuch? Again, great band, but I question the rationale behind the updating. Rock on.

Free music. Enough said. Seriously great app well worth the buy Rush rules

Update on Review - problem corrected - getting my RUSH news fix again - back to 5 stars - Thanks sorry guys - BIG fan since 74 but somewhat disappointed with this app - dont know if developer problem or apple problem but the "News" part has given error code 23 unable to download content for some time now - Rush support takes you to Rush site - cant see where to contact anyone - Anthem Entertainment takes you to app developer site - and even their App Store link takes you to the Droid Market site - appears Droid users dont like this app at all - same complaints

I too will knock it down to 4 stars because of the OS4 iPod touch not linking to news directly ?! Whats up with that ? No way to report it directly ? Come on !?

Love Rush but this site needs to be updated more often.

Rush is still awesome but there are no new updates in 5 months. Lame app if not for the music.

Lots of fun and you get one full song from every studio album, that alone is worth 2.99.

In the news section it says you can watch the lyrical video of the new single HERE , but no link to press and watch ...

A good start, need to fix bugs and expand app. More songs, lyrics, videos and photos, for example.

I live the app, the music is fantastic, though I wish there was more :) Bugs need fixing, like it needs to flip back. More pics would be great too. I know its brand new, hoping for an update with more content soon.

Love the app. Growing up with Rush in Scarborough its nice to find out the backgrounds of my favourite songs. Thank you.

This is a pretty awesome app. Great Rush tunes embedded, over $40 bucks worth make the $3 cost a steal! The true RUSH fan needs this. Each tune has its own intro/description underneath, and thats just the "radio" portion of the app! My new favourite iPhone app!

Love this app. Any true Rush fan needs this. Even if you dont like Rush, get it anyways.

Really like the features this app offers however it is very glitchy. Anytime I use the app it turns all my icons on my phone upside down and will not save any of the wallpapers offered. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but would like to know if it can be fixed. Already tried deleting and re loading but no change.

Excellent application, extremely well designed in graphics and content. News section is useful as it pulls from the main site and the tour section is cool and handy. Goodies like wallpapers and bobbling heads are a good and funny idea but is the Radio section that just gonna blow every Rush fans mind: a non stop stream of songs, from the beginning till now. You can just lock the phone and listen in peace. And each song comes with a comment from the band, about the concept behind it and the development. One of the few applications I can say Im completely satisfied with!

This app should be free. Needs major updating.

Well worth $3. Great dong collection.

Look at the price of this app and remember that it has 36 great Rush songs embedded in it (I counted them); do the math! I love how each song has background information on it. Also the user interface is pretty cool, and looks great on the iPad. Besides the music, the "cool stuff" and news sections are a bit limited...but this app cant be beat at this price for Rush fans. I just plug my iPad into the stereo and let it play through some of the greatest tracks of all time. I really hope Rush does more apps like this -- or it would be cool if they added more content as in-app purchases. Maybe behind the scenes videos and interviews? Or maybe use that great Rush creativity and build some music-making toys into it. Neil drum machine? Alex riff mixer? Like most of you, I listen to most of my music digitally these days -- and I find I miss the album backs/liner notes. This app has a little bit of that; but I can imagine something a lot bigger. It would be cool to see an iPod/iPad app that would kind of serve as a replacement for all those great liner notes and background info. Imagine a kind of "Rush Encyclopedia" iPad app. That would be something great to browse through while listening. Also; wouldnt it be cool to see some of the concert produced backdrop videos playing while the songs play? Rushs team does such a great job producing those; and so many fans never get to see them.

Dont waste your money. Checked everyday since April. Not one update.
